TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
TO SECURE YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING.

YOU MUST TICK THE BOX ON THE BOOKING FORM TO INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT AND TO ENABLE YOU TO PROCEED WITH THE BOOKING.

1. Price and Accuracy of Information.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this website however, errors can occur. You will be advised of any such errors, if known, at the time of your booking or as soon as possible. The prices on this website apply at the time of compilation but may vary. If you are unsure about our prices including what is or is not included in the price please CONTACT US before making a booking.
We have the right to decrease the price of unsold accommodation at any time. 

2. Bookings.

Booking is simple. Complete the booking form, sign and return it to us complete with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full rental cost together with a 200€ damages and security deposit which will be refunded following the return of the apartment/villa keys, and subject to our check for breakages and damage to the apartment/villa, after your departure.  Any breakages and damages will be deducted from the damages and security deposit, if there are no breakages or damages then this deposit (200€) will be refunded in full.
Once the deposits have been received you will be sent a receipt and booking confirmation. By completing and signing the booking form and paying the deposit you accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. For all bookings where your arrival in Spain is within 8 weeks of the start of your rental, the cost of the rental and all other costs must be paid in full at the time of booking. Only when full payment has been received will the booking be confirmed.
You must check your booking confirmation and receipt along with any other documentation that we send you, immediately you receive them. If any information appears to be incorrect in any way you must let us know straight away. We regret that we cannot accept any liability if we are not informed of any inaccuracy within 14 days of our sending it to you.

3. Payment of Balance.

The remaining payable balance will be shown on your booking confirmation. This amount must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before your rental start date. If you fail to pay this amount in full by the agreed date we will treat your booking as cancelled by you, retain your deposit and re-let the property.

4. Payment Options.

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:-
By electronic bank transfer or by a bankers draft payable in Euros (€).
Full details of payment options will be given on booking.

5. Arrival at and Departure from Accommodation.

All rentals are per week and run from Saturday to Saturday, but may be flexible upon request. For rentals of more than two weeks discounts may apply. Access to your accommodation is after 16:00 and you must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 (subject to unavoidable delays). During busy periods the cleaning staff may not have your accommodation fully prepared by 16:00 and in this case we would ask you to be patient. You are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

6. Changes to Bookings.

Once a booking has been confirmed by us, should you require us to amend your booking in any way an administration fee of 30.00€ will be charged, together with any additional charges.
If any member of your party is unable to, or wishes not to take their holiday, that person may transfer their place on the booking to someone else introduced by you, providing you notify us of the change with details of the original and substituted party members at least 14 days prior to your arrival in Spain and subject to the payment of the 30€ administration fee. 

7. Cancellation by You.

If you have to cancel, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive your notification, receipt of which will be acknowledged by us.
If you cancel 8 weeks or more before your rental start date you will only forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your rental start date you will forfeit the full cost of the rental.

8. Force Majeure.

We regret we cannot accept liability and no compensation will be payable where the performance or prompt performance of our contract with you is prevented or affected by 'Force Majeure'. 'Force Majeure' means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances may include war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial action, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, and all similar events outside our control.

9. Your Responsibilities.

You are responsible for any damage or loss sustained to your accommodation during your stay up to the full value of your damage and security deposit.
We have the right to refuse to hand over keys to your accommodation to any person who, in our reasonable opinion, is not suitable to take charge. In such cases, the cost of your rental less the 30% deposit will be refunded  and we will have no further liability.
We also have the right to repossess the accommodation at any time, if in our reasonable opinion, you or any member of your party is unsuitable to remain in charge because of their age, ill health, suspected or actual influence of alcohol or drugs or because of irresponsible, noisy and disruptive behaviour likely to cause danger  or annoyance to themselves, other persons or property. In this case we will have no further responsibility or liability and no refunds, costs or expenses will be met.

10. Minors.

Bookings from persons under the age of 18 cannot be accepted.

11. Availability of Accommodation.

All accommodation advertised on this website is subject to availability. We reserve the right to change any details or withdraw any accommodation prior to a booking being confirmed.
