Further Information:
Bed linen and towels are provided for internal use only and a weekly changeover is available for stays of 2 weeks or more.
Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged on request.
No pets allowed.
This house is suitable for the elderly or infirm but does not have wheelchair access.
Terms:
The rental basis is per property per week and is to be paid in Euros with all bank charges payable by the holidaymaker.
A 30% nonrefundable deposit is payable to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of arrival the full amount must be paid to secure the booking.
A 200 refundable deposit is also payable at the time of booking to be held against damages and breakages.
